Founded in 2020 by Tom Flowers and his daughter, Amanda Rector, National Cash Research exists with the sole intention of helping people recover the funds owed to them by government entities. We're committed to recovering assets to anyone owed, regardless of race, religion or national origin. Operating primarily in South Carolina and Georgia, but serving the entire southeast United States, our mission is to make sure that every person that has money being held by government agencies gets what is owed to them.

Tom is a life-long business man who has always had a passion for helping people in their daily lives. Once he realized that people just like him had assets being held by government agencies without their knowledge, he decided to sell his pharmacy and start getting people their money back. He called his daughter Amanda, who has a degree and background in business and finance, and they created National Cash Research, and began getting people all over the South get what's owed to them.
